• Importing different data types (text documents, PDFs, audio, video, social media data).
• Organizing data into folders and setting up cases.
• Creating and managing classifications and attributes for data analysis.

Day 3: Coding and Data Analysis

• Introduction to coding: types and techniques.
• Creating nodes and coding qualitative data in NVivo.
• Managing and organizing codes for effective analysis.
• Automating coding using word frequency and text search queries.

Day 4: Thematic Analysis and Querying Data

• Conducting thematic analysis using NVivo.
• Using NVivo queries to explore patterns and relationships (e.g., coding, matrix, and compound queries).
• Exploring sentiments and emerging themes in qualitative data.
• Analyzing data from focus group discussions and interviews.

Day 5: Data Visualization and Reporting in NVivo

• Creating data visualizations: word clouds, charts, tree maps, and mind maps.
• Generating and interpreting reports and models in NVivo.
• Exporting data and results for presentations and reports.
• Presenting qualitative findings effectively to stakeholders.
